Folks, I woke up late today and wasn’t able to take down notes about everything on the show. I was on the mood listening but can’t listen much because my two daughters missed their daddy so much.

But here’s the things I remembered from the show, that I hope in any kind of way helpful for Thursday’s big Trivia Game.

Ice on the Urinals

I woke up with Mo Twister talking about ice on urinals. Apparently, he was at the mall’s toilet, when he saw a little boy dipping his hands on the urinal to get the ice. Why the hell do they have ice on the urinals? That, I also don’t have sure answer. All I know is that it neutralizes the urine’s temperature, because when it’s hotter, it tends to be lighter and mix easier to the air. When it’s heavier, well, I think it helps because it doesn’t stink much. I think nobody from the caller thought of this the way I do. But like I said, that’s all my me about ice on the urinals.

Michael Jackson and the media

During the past years, MJ has been through a lot of controversies, and maybe because he looks ugly, the media did not like him very much. Most of the news we heard the past years were all against him. Now that he passed away, he’s still hot topic everywhere on media and the internet. But it looks like he’s vanishing brings another rounds for his Thriller album. In iTunes, the current number one best seller is the Thriller album. That’s what I heard from Mo. I guess fans are paying tribute to the King of Pop.

Speaking of tribute, Jamie Foxx together with Ne-Yo, sang a version of “I’ll Be There”, which is originally performed by Michael Jackson. NBA Updates

A caller tried to change topic by asking NBA questions to Mo Twister. And Mo being a basketball genius in terms of trivia and updates, he answered every question thrown to him by the caller. Yao Ming’s NBA career is in jeopardy, being diagnosed by his doctors of potential series of bone breakages when he continue playing. Yao is 7 foot 6 inches tall, and he’s a weight of a giant monster. Apparently, his bones cannot handle that weight pretty well anymore, thus, bone breaks. Lots of other updates are shared, from the NBA draft to trading of players.

TV Pterodactyl

To the uninitiated, a pterodactyl is a flying dinosaur from my ages, which yanks anything they think has some worth for them. There’s a thing called TV Pterodactyl from before, which I admit I just heard today. But as far as I understood, it’s a pterodactyl that suddenly appears on the television to pick up anyone or anything they don’t want to see on TV. Not sure about this so please feel free to correct me. Now, Mo Twister threw a hypothetical question, that if only TV Pterodactyl will ever be brought back on TV, who celebrities would you want it to yank off.

Good Secrets

Yesterday, they brought back the Secret portion, where everyone shares their ultimate secrets. The difference is that you can only share secrets of a good samaritan. Everyone called in, but I think there’s a guy who didn’t get through, so he tried his chance today. He said he always share something to a family lives in their doorstep, by giving leftover foods and clothing. Well, good times. He’s doing the Lord’s work which not anyone can do. He definitely has a good heart, but inspite, he bored our DJ to death.

Super Yabang Mo

Another round of Super Yabang Mo was played today. A girl called and tried to kiss ass with Mo Twister. For me, it’s not even good ass-kissing, but since she beat the clock, she won Php 5,000. Easy money, right?

Oooops! Wait, don’t go just yet. I almost forgot the hottest topic for today. GRACE LEE IS GETTING MARRIED. She wanted it so badly to be married this year. That’s if her boyfriend proposes. Wait, he already proposed, but Grace is so numb she didn’t get what he means. O well, that’s what every guy wanted right? Stop the marriage. I’m just kidding. We totally understand that Grace. You love your boyfriend very much because you can easily convince him to buy you an LV bag whenever you want, how many you want. And just an info, we’re not envious of your boyfriend, but the kid you are going to, you know… breastfeed?

Good evening folks! First off, I’d like to apologize for posting this entry a little late. I know you guys don’t read this blog, that’s why.

Best of radio Games

Anyway, there’s a new game on the show which is very much similar to the “Ang Yabang Mo”. The new game will be played every morning, and the winner will take home a whopping Php 5000. Like the “Ang Yabang Mo”, the game is all about kissing ass. The better you are, the higher your chance of winning the price. The new game is called “Super Yabang Mo”.

A higher stake game is also introduced today. It will be played every Thursday, last day of the week for GTWM. The game will be about what happened on the show for the week. A trivia question will be asked, and callers must be able to remember what happened for the week to get higher chance of guessing the correct answer. So, you better stay tuned on this blog as well because you might probably get your answers here.

For the sake of this new game, I tried to recall what happened on the show. But as much as I want to list down everything, yours truly was just able to recall a few, but still I hope it would be of help. I will see tomorrow if I can take down notes.

Good Secrets

Sharing secrets with Mo Twister is not unusual since it has been played for several months already. People call the show and share every kind of secret they have done, but today’s was different. The very thing that sets today’s secrets is that it’s strictly good secrets.

One guy called the show and shared his Christmas habit of sharing bags of goods to the needy. He cuts his bonus and allot enough share for his charity work. He learned this habit from his father when he was still in grade school.

Another guy called in and shared his own good deed. I was out on the road literally walking in between buses in EDSA Ayala so pardon me if I didn’t get it right. The caller works in a hospital and his good deed was to donate blood regularly for his patients. Not exactly clear to me his deed but I guess that’s the idea. Or it’s not.

Another good deed was from, again, a guy, who happened to pass along the flooded street of Buendia in Makati. It was raining when he stopped on a taxi which was stuck with a mother and a daughter inside. They were heading to the hospital, so the good guy gave them a lift and some extra cash to help for hospital expenses.

One more good deed before the show ended. Some friends were out in the dark road driving, when they happened to witness a jeepney accident. There were some passengers bleeding that needs medical attention, so they did what they thought was the right thing. They bring to the hospital everyone they could fit on their car.

Every good deed deserves something good back, right? Well, sure. Mo Twister gave away hundreds of Dip Roast Beef sandwiches from Delifrance to the good guys and everyone around them.

I have been blogging about the show since 2007 and as much as possible, I kept this blog discrete because I have a horrible talent on putting up words, and readers might just ‘boo’ this blog or something. But the thing is, this blog had some free plugs on the show since Monday. And it just warms my heart and inspired me to write more and more about the show.

Now you might wonder why the hell is this blog is in ‘cantosph.com‘. Yeah it sounds like the ‘k’ tagalog word for sex, but it’s not it. Cantosph.com is a wholesome blog, wholesome as I am. But for the sake of the show, I transform to gtwm mode when writing about the show. Good thing about blogging is that I can have different persona, I can be a techie-guy or an naruto fan.

It was another Fobidden Questions Wednesday and today is one of the best. Juliana Palermo took her hot seat and cool it down to -50 degrees. But she heated up everyone to 1000 degrees.

We all know Juliana is totally a smart girl and I admire her being that. She’s a sexy star in showbiz but she’s not the kind you will call a whore or a slut. She has a sibling and family she supports and takes care of and that makes me admire her even more. She’s honest, hot, pretty, hot, bright and smart and hot.

So she took all the questions and dares thrown to her, the total score is 40 but she got all 41. She now holds a place in the Forbidden Question history and it’s worth a thousand trophies and gold medals.

Aside from breaking the highest score record, she also now belongs to the list of Perfect Puppies. She showed her puppies on the show in just split seconds but it’s just enough to make fulfill our imaginations right? And by the way, she has a cool boyfriend, and if you by chance get close to him, would you please snatch his cellphone for me? Because it has the ‘Show Me Your Puppies’ video and everybody wants to see it too.

Earlier on Good Times With Mo (GTWM), Mo Twister talked about best christmas gift you want to have, and probably the best could be a laptop. For years it’s been on our christmas gadget lists and until now, we haven’t crossed it out.

Speaking of laptops, Mo opened up the Lifebook4Life scheme by Fujitsu, where you can have Fujitsu Lifebook every 3 years of your life until you die from the time of your purchase. The catch is that you have to renew your 3-year warranty of the life book or otherwise your supply of free Lifebook will die before you.

I have no idea of how much a 3-year warranty costs, and I don’t wanna know about it because I’m not a Fujitsu fan, if that matters. Still, this idea is a win-win according to Fujitsu. And probably this could be one effective campaign which consumers who want new laptop every 3 years will surely love. Like someone’s not gonna replace a laptop for 3 years?

Again, no post for yesterday’s show because there’s no Mo around and without any offense to Mojo and Grace Lee, the show is somehow 80 percent music, 15% commercial and 5% chikahan. But honestly typing, I still enjoy the music they played. Of course, alternative music could be better.

Today’s show was another interesting and exciting. Topic was about “jackass” moves ever done, and as a guy who grew up in an insane town of jackass trips, I tried to call but no line opens for me. Most of the callers have lame jackass experience as compared to mine. But again, since I was unable to get through the line, I’m not telling those anymore. But feel free to ask. An 11 year old girl called the show and shared a rather disgusting storie when she was 3 1/2. Apparently, she tripped on his aunt, who she said was “special”. She/her cousin pooped, got a candy wrapper, pick up the poop and wrapped in the candy wrapper and gave it to their aunt. Luckily for the aunt ‘coz she was able to recognize what it was.

A more interesting topic, that you’ll certainly regret you missed it for the rest of you life is when they talked about Grace Lee’s sex lifestyle. Mo asked, what positions have Grace ever tried and she answered only once. The missionary. No “arf arf”, no “buhat-buhat”. The caller, probably Anton, said that guys won’t be interested on her as a girlfriend. Grace objects, “They can teach me”. Now she’s willing to learn. hehe. Lots of other questions were asked, and even though she share a sample sound she makes during sex, she did not pass the test.

A MENSA member guested on the show announcing an IQ Exam happening at Fully Booked bookstore in Fort Bonifacio Taguig City this coming Staurday. Mojo said he’s taking the exam, and assure him to be at the top 5. Exam fee is 500 Php for non-students otherwise, 300 Php. If you want to take the exam for free, just search on the internet. There’s a lot, but you can’t be a MENSA certified member.
